Hampton by Hilton Utrecht Central Station Question

I suggest you contact the hotel.

My guess is that, while the shops in the mall close at 20:00, the mall itself doesn't. It is one of the accesses to the Central Station.

if you call or email the hotel they can tell you what to do when you arrive late.

The mall - the building itself - remains open even when the shops are closed. I was staying near the station last year and had to catch an early morning train one day. I walked though the mall to get to the station even though all the shops were closed.

Also that hotel is quite near a number of restaurants in the mall, which I presume stay open after 8pm.
