Any suggestions on shuttle companies? There will be 9 adults + 1 baby, who I believe requires a carseat. If we will not fit into 1 shuttle, then the remaining few can take an Uber.

There is bus service and that is not a whole lot different than a large van.

I am looking for more of a door-to-door type shuttle. With 9 adults and a baby, even walking 10 minutes to a bus stop is just too much.

This is a reliable service, part of public transport company. It seems 8 persons is their maximum. Two of your group can take the regular bus, leaving from the platform in front of Haarlem station.

it looks like 2 smaller vans is a better rate than one large van
