Whether or not something is worth it is a very personal and subjective matter. It might definitely be worth it to lots of people and there are also lots of people who would rather do something else. So it all depends on how much time you have here, what other things you would like to do and if you’re even interested in a cheese market put on for tourists.
With regards to how far Gouda is from Utrecht, you can easily see for yourself by checking Google Maps. I’m not saying this to be rude, but I truly believe it will actually help you better in the long run if you learn to use Google Maps or a similar app like City Mapper. These app can show you how to get from A to B by car, by public transport, by bike and on foot.
