Going to Amsterdam in August

I don't see any requirement for uploading our vaccine records to visit Netherlands.
Do we just show our vaccine cards when we arrive?

I think you just show it if asked.

*Travelling to the Netherlands with a vaccination certificate from a country outside the EU

If you do not live in the EU, you are subject to the EU entry ban and cannot travel to the Netherlands, unless:
you can show a valid, paper vaccination certificate, or you can show a digital vaccination certificate issued by a country taking part in the EU Digital COVID Certificate system (ec.europa.eu).

My wife just came back from the US. She showed her "proof of vaccination" when checking in on her flight to AMS... and there was no requirement to show it upon arrival at AMS (and yes, she did go through passport control to enter the NL). I've not shown my QR Code to anyone in weeks. Certainly a different environment as of late.

Actually, coming back into the NL from the US, UK, Ireland, and multiple Schengen countries, I have never shown a vaccine card or QR code when entering AMS --- it's just getting ON the plane where we've been checked. That's been consistent since this process started!

Your airline should check before you board in the US. And you may get checked again on arrival at passport control.

The vaccine card is what you will show.
