Getting cash and connecting flights at Schipol

We are traveling to Europe in September. We fly into Amsterdam, have about two and a half hour layover before our connecting flight to Basel. We are staying one night in Basel and then boarding a rivership for Rhine cruise. We have arranged for a driver to meet us at airport in Basel for hotel transfer as one of our party is 94 years old and the rest over 70. The taxi will accept Euro.

From what I have read the sort of small local restaurants we will visit take cash in Swiss Franks. I am sure there will be an ATM near our hotel where we can get those.

My question is this, is there a bank owned ATM at Schipol that does not require leaving the secured area. I believe our bags will be checked through. We are flying KLM both flights. This will be my first experience in Europe where I am connecting to another flight so not sure if it works like here is US or what. We are debating whether to get enough Euro here before we go to cover the taxi and a bit more and wait for first port in France to get rest of the Euro we will need.

Bellago, I know there are cash machines inside the secured areas as we got our first batch of euros in one of them on a layover at Schiphol en route to Italy some years ago. What I can't tell you how many are bank-owned but I know some of them are. ABN AMRO is a good bet.
