Getting Around Amsterdam before Cruise Departure

Hello all! I'm hoping to get some insight from some resident experts--you guys! :)
Coming to Amsterdam on Saturday 4/4 at 9:30am and departing on Viking Cruises (Skadi) that evening.
Before we set off on the cruise, we would like to visit (1) the tulips and (2) Anne Frank House (tickets for entry @ 4pm), and then head back to the boat for departure.

Would Uber be our best option for getting around, or is there another option? Like, would it be similar in price to hire someone to be our driver for the day and give us unique insight? Is Uber trusty enough that we won't get stranded somewhere?

I am just now starting to research how far away things are and the logistics of doing it. Any input would be most appreciated!
Thank you!

I guess the best plan is to store your bags at the airport and buy a round trip combi ticket to Keukenhof and get the 858 bus outside. Takes 30 minutes to Keukenhof. It apparently goes 8 times every hour.

Return to the Schipol, retrieve your luggage and take the train to Amsterdam Centraal. I don't know if you can drop your luggage at the boat now. You can take a taxi to Ann Frank House for your timed entry.

I agree with Sam b/c it's the best uncomplicated way. Train to Central station is underneath Schiphol airport with good signage to the train platforms . You can walk to Anne Frank Huis or buy a one-way tram ticket at Central Station if you've had enough walking for the day . Have a great trip !
