Has anyone taken the Gate1 cruise from Amsterdam with the additional time in Amsterdam. Trying to get a sense of when the included city tour returns to hotel and when the group is transferred from hotel to ship . Want to book museum tickets. I have emailed the comp but no response yet. Thanks

We have been on several Gate 1 tours and an Amsterdam river cruise. Your “land” tour will include an hour or so narrated bus tour which gives a good lay of the land and points out the main tourist spots. There will also be a canal tour by boat. This fall we will be on a land tour with them that starts in Amsterdam, we will arrive a day early and stay at the Gate1 hotel (Brandenburg Gardens).
