Is anyone familiar with a company that does evening food tours in Amsterdam? All the groups I have encountered so far only offer daytime tours.
I don't know of any. I'd just go to one of the good Indonesian Ristoffel's and be done with the meal. Amsterdam's also got great Argentine steak houses.
I enjoy food tours because the guides throw in local history &culture tidbits, you typically walk around a neighborhood you may not typically visit, and you exchange travel info with other tourist on the tour.
Yeah, I wasn't able to find an evening food tour in Amsterdam either.
I think I have found a good alternate to the food tour = Martine’s Table. This is a four course meal in a private home. I have enjoyed home sponsored meals in private homes on Rick Steve’s tours, so I am happy with this option.
