We arrived in Amsterdam 3 weeks ago with a transfer to Zurich. I posted about the broken kiosks, huge mass of humanity being condensed to one line then waiting in line to get to a passport agent. Also, there was construction and it was so hot, no AC.
3 hour layover was barely enough time.
I can’t give a time reference on how quickly the lines were moving this morning at 8:00am because we arrived last night for a stopover and didn’t experience the transfer situation but we saw the line this morning. The line appeared to move quickly. The kiosks were working. Construction was over. AC was working. What a difference!
