My husband and I will be in Haarlem April 20-26.on Easter Sunday will all restaurants be closed..
Will any parades be on Sunday for Easter

Don't know about parades, but brunches should be plentiful.
Your hotel might be able to give suggestions

Easter parades are not common in Holland. Might be some local family (brunch) or kids events. Main attractions are open, unless they normally already closed on Sunday! Avoid Keukenhof these two days If you have alternative dates!
Most restaurants will be open!
