COVID entry requirements

Hello. Any info provided would be helpful. Hello to the group. Travelling to Holland for 3 weeks on Sept 14.
My partner of 6 years is a Dutch national. I am Canadian.
Both double Vaxxed no booster. Older than 270 days.
Can I enter the country with no booster. Are they really checking. Or are they checking in Canada to board the KLM flight. Any info much appreciated.

I have read the rules however hoping to hear from someone who has travelled into Holland for more of a real time account

The airline will be the one checking before you board the plane in Canada to make sure you meet the criteria to enter The Netherlands.

There are multiple threads on tripadvisor from individuals asking very similar questions, so you might want to take a look at their postings and the responses.

So, you really are asking can you break the law in the Netherlands and not get caught.

Yes, you need your booster, no booster no entrance since your last vaccine shot has been longer then 270 days.

Most countries in Europe have backed off a bit from stringent vaccine requirements. At least NL is not requiring more boosters than the first one.

You can literally walk in to many places to get a booster in Canada - why not get a booster and then you're good with no worries about travel. Sounds like you would like to circumvent the rules so are checking to see if you should take the risk of being denied boarding. IMO do the right thing.

Well here is the Skinny. Ended up travelling with no booster. Left Calgary on KLM on the 14th into Amsterdam.
8:30 min flight. No mention of Vaxx or boosters or covid leaving Canada or upon arrival into Holland.
No talk. No forms.
Canadian border guards had 1 question only. How much cash are you travelling with.
I perceive the rules are relaxing.
I think though on our way back we will still have to fill the arrivecan app which is fine by me

Just thought I'd wrap up this topic. Thanks to those who responded.
Happy travels.
