Covid Entry Requirement

Any information on a change from the current 10 quarantine requirement now in place? We have to make a final trip payment and hope the situation improves by the spring.

Fully vaccinated UK nationals who can provide acceptable proof of vaccination, which includes the NHS COVID Pass, are allowed to enter the Netherlands.

Proof of vaccination is only valid 270 days after the final dose of your primary vaccination (one dose for Johnson & Johnson, two doses for other vaccines). 270 days after the final dose of the primary vaccination, you need a booster to be considered fully vaccinated. Currently there is no end date for the validity of the booster.

Fully vaccinated travellers aged 12 and over arriving in the Netherlands from the UK via aeroplane, ferry, passenger car, train or bus must show one of the following:

a negative PCR test result (taken no more than 48 hours before departure), or;
a negative antigen test result (taken no more than 24 hours before departure)
All travelers aged 13 and over from very high-risk areas, including the UK, must quarantine for 10 days. From 2 February, travellers who received their booster vaccination at least 7 days before entry into the Netherlands will be exempt from the mandatory quarantine. All travelers must present a completed quarantine declaration form, upon entry regardless of vaccination status.

If you are required to self-quarantine, you must quarantine for 10 days upon arrival at your home address or accommodation. You must also be reachable on the phone number you provided on the quarantine declaration. Officials will check. If you do not open the door or answer the phone, you may be fined.

Are there requirements/policies/procedures regarding the antigen or PCR tests, or can we just get them at our local Doctors' office(s)?
As I recall, earlier in the pandemic there had been some confusion about this, and a lot of travelers were majorly out of luck as a result. I will be joining one of the the RS Belgium/Netherlands tours in April, and don't want to be stuck in quarantine, in case I don't get the right type of test at an accepted location!!!
