Hello-My niece and I are going to be in Amsterdam over the Christmas Holiday. I realize many restaurants will be closed, but if
any of you have experienced a lovely dinner in Amsterdam for the 25th, I would love to hear your suggestions.

Actually quiet a few restaurants will be open. But many will be having special holiday menus so advance reservations are critical. A good place to start is any restaurant inside one the big hotels. If you google "Amsterdam restaurant on Christmas day" you will get lots of other options.
