I will be in Amsterdam next summer in June for a few days before a UK cruise. Has anyone taking the canal dinner cruise and did you like it? It looks like a 4 course meal with drinks included.

While we did not go on the dinner cruise we took the evening cruise at it was perfect as we wanted to see the sights along the way. Drinks were avail. But the sights and audio were quite nice. In Sept we pd 11 euros pp. my spouse usually does not like these type of cruises but this time he said he really enjoyed seeing alot of the canal neighborhoods along the canals.

In general, hours long (versus days) canal/river cruises are not known for good food. Unless someone knows of a specific cruise, you will probably be better off separating the cruise and dinner.

I know Amsterdam is not known for it's food...I go to Italy for that...good advice!

Those Dam Boat Guys encourage passengers to bring food and drink (and anything else to imbibe) onboard. Small boats, small groups, great commentary.
