We’re going to stay in Vinkeveen for 3 nights on a canal houseboat. Does anyone know if there’s an inexpensive Uber or Lyft-type of ride to our destination when we get off the train?

You might want to prebook your Uber ride if you’re going to one of the smaller train stations like Abcoude or Breukelen (to avoid waiting for your taxi to arrive).
Another great taxi service is www.sneleentaxi.nl/en. Kind drivers, always on time and clear communication. I’ve use this service multiple times to get to Schiphol Airport in the middle of the night and they never disappoint.
I don’t know where you’re traveling from, but you could even book your taxi for the whole stretch. I also assume that you have checked with your host on how to get to your accommodation :)
