We're flying into Amsterdam next week and were going to take bus 300 from the airport to Haarlem. However, when I go on Google maps, bus 300 is no longer showing up. Is it no longer running? I see that we can take the train, but the bus seemed more convenient.

What time and day do you have the trip set for on Google Maps? That will affect what options are shown

Try the 9292 app.
Perhaps also ask your lodging.
The #300 bus was fully operational this past April. However, there was construction at the airport, so finding the stop was a challenge. Also note you need the #300 bus that is labeled "Haarlem". There is a #300 bus that goes in the opposite direction, I forget the label, but don't take it.

Google Maps is not necessarily the best source when it comes to planning public transport in The Netherlands. You’ll get better results, including bus #300, if you use the website or app of nationwide public transport planner https://9292.nl/en/

Bus 300 to Haarlem (not the one to Bijlmer Arena) is running as normal. Due to construction works the stop has moved to B11. More here: https://www.schiphol.nl/en/projects/news/bus-stops-at-different-location-to-make-construction-of-new-bus-station-possible/.
9292 or NS apps will provide you up to date travel information.
