Hello! We are traveling to Amsterdam in October and would love any recommendations for antique or flea markets, open-air or otherwise, ideally in the city. Only tricky part is that we will only be in the city on week days, so any weekend markets are a no-go. Many thanks!

I was disappointed by the offerings at the IJ Hallen flea market, which is only open on one weekend a month anyway, and someone here told me about Antiekcentrum at 109-111 Elandsgracht, easily reached by tram and it totally made my day to visit this wonderfully varied antique collective.

Of course it all depends on what you're looking for, but I found plenty and the dealers were very pleasant and helpful, also open to bargaining--but I found the prices good, even better than expected.
