Not to overstate the case, this market is not what it once was. But it's really easy to include on a strolling self-tour. Our last visit was a bit disappointing. Too many low-end retail options, crowds, and identical stock.
You might have some interest in the wholesale auction at Aalsmeer, which you can research. It's well out of town.

It is in danger of becoming a "virtual" online event (I mean for business, economic, and practical reasons) at some time in future, so I would go sooner.
