Im curious if anyone has stayed at BizStay Delft Apartments. My impression is that it is a newer aparthotel/accommodation.

Yes, it is relative new. The official opening took place on Tuesday, July 9, 2024.
It is in fact the transformation of the former Delft Hotel Leeuwenbrug, which was demolished together with the former Wilhelmina School.
