Biking or?? For 8 days this coming May

I would love to do an eight day bike trip or combination of biking and walking or hiking or even kayaking. After this eight days, I will be spending ten days in amsterdam, so preferably outside of amsterdam.
I would love suggestions on companies that do self guided or guided, but supported bike trips. Favorite destinations or hotels...
Any other pearls.
Thank you, kim

Many years ago (Wow, 25 years) we did a Bike and Barge tour with Cycletours.com (or cycle tours.nl). They are based in the Netherlands. We really enjoyed it. It looks like they have gotten bigger since then as they have more tours around Europe. We started and ended in Amsterdam, but spent no time there with the tour. However, I don't recall the name of the route. I guess it was a young, cycling Rick Steves type then. LOL

Dutch Bike Tours is a resource I use to look at ideas.

In a slightly different direction, I think you could instead pick two or three homebases and do loops out from the base (2 or 3 per location). We've done that with Leiden, Amsterdam, and Delft, so there was no need for "support" as we just set out from the hotel in the AM and were back at the hotel by the evening.

It is SUPER easy to navigate by bike in the Netherlands, and I'd suggest getting familiar with their Fiestsknoop system of route signing. Very simple number to number on their great cycling paths. An app for your phone that will take you along preplanned routes, and it is very easy to develop your own routes ahead of time and/or get them from other places.

We took an organized canoe tour with Wetlands Safari, and we often saw folks on canals in kayaks and SUPs, so that seems really doable. Hiking? For us, tons of just walking in cities and towns, but no "epic" hikes I can remember.
