We will be in Amsterdam at the end of November? Is it possible (due to weather) to do a bike tour of the city? What company do you recommend?

The end of November is going to be cold, wet, and windy. Not my ideal for bike rides.

I would strongly urge you to wait till you get here before you book a bike tour. First of all because of the weather and secondly because biking in central Amsterdam is not for the faints of heart. On a daily basis there are near misses and accidents when locals biking from A to B cross paths with tourists who have never ridden a bike before or who are looking up to admire a building while riding a bike. It can be very dangerous.
By far the best way to explore central Amsterdam, is on foot. That way you can actually admire the sights instead of having to concentrate on riding your bike, on traffic etc etc.
