Has anyone ever done a bike and Barge trip in Amsterdam? Looking to do one of these trips anywhere from 4day to 7 days

I’m signed up to do one in 2023. I did one on the Danube in 2018 and it was wonderful! Highly recommend!

A friend did one about 30 years ago and she liked it, altho I think she would have liked more cycling. Unfortunately I don’t know who she used and she has passed away.

Yes, went with YuBike. Good people. Good fun. Did the 3 or 4-day tulip trip. I booked through Tripsite, an American travel agency that handles reservations and payment for European company bike trips. Both well-run companies. YuBike’s website:

We did one way back in 2000. It was great. The Bike and Barge company we used was Van Gogh tours in Cambridge, ma…I think that was the location. However the Netherlands company was Cycle Tours…so if they are still in business I would go directly through them. Ours was a week Amsterdam…Amsterdam. I can’t recall the name of the tour, but if you find the company and want more specifics just let me know and I will pull out my trip journal.

We did the 4 country trip on the Danube 3 years ago. We are scheduled for 8 day amsterdam trip this May. Hopefully it will be amazing. The Danube trip was wonderful. So much fun.
We booked with 2 different companies. Just google bike barge tours. I upgraded to an ebike. Well worth the extra $.
