Best 4-day pass

I'm a bit confused about the passes available when visiting Amsterdam. We're planning on going there the second week in October for about 4 days (not including travel days) and our plans include going to the Van Gogh Museum, Rijksmuseum, and more museums! But we also want to enjoy historical sites, including the Anne Frank House, taking a couple walking tours, and a canal cruise up to see windmills and classic Dutch homes, and of course eating great food! It seems that the https://www.museum.nl/nl/museumkaart is exclusively used to see museums and costs approx $81/pp, but can be used for one year on over 100 museums and other venues. (I think this is the same as the Netherlands Museum Pass?) The Amsterdam Digital Pass is also geared towards going to Museums, but much more limited choice and is $71/pp. Whereas the IAmsterdam City Card, "grants entry to over 70 museums and other attractions. This visitor's card also gives you free access to public transportation throughout the city. and would cost approx $128 for a 4-day pass.

What do you recommend? Do we just go with the Museum Kaart and pay for extras? Or spend a little more for the IAmsterdam City Card, and book the Van Gogh Museum separately? Also, I'm waiting till next Tuesday to book entry to the Ann Frank Museum before booking other venues... I'm starting to feel a bit anxious to get everything planned soon! Appreciate hearing from seasoned travelers on what you recommend!

Thank you!

Lisa
