Hi any tips on where to go/ avoid on this road trip. Planning to stick to coast side France for cooler weather. Heard Belguim and Antwerp can be tiresome . Also read somewhere re tunnels near Bergen op Zoom ? Thanks in advance we are in a camper van

A coastal route would double or even triple the length of journey. And fuel is already very expensive.
I would personally just drive the quickest route, and stop somewhere interesting half way, if you are into wine Champagne is about halfway

The roads around Antwerp and on to Brussels are often choked with traffic, so yes, you heard right! Avoid!
