Would anyone be able to recommend a Bed & Breakfast in Amsterdam? We prefer for it not to be in a night life district. Clean, spacious and of course breakfast.
If not Amsterdam, close by would work too.

We stayed at the Hotel Nadia for a week last August. It is two blocks from the Anne Frank House.
Rooms are small, but big enough and breakfast is included. We paid $1000 for a week.
There is a walkup, but we are in our mid-70s and managed it well.

I have stayed at B&B Herengracht 21 three times now. Once when they first opened in 2008, once in 2021, and just last week. Wonderfully run with views of the Herengracht Canal (brought to you by the department of redundancy department) and lovely breakfast served downstairs. Great hosts!
