Apartment Location on Prinsengracht?

Hello!

My husband and I will be traveling to Amsterdam late July/early August. We found an apartment through VRBO on the Prinsengracht between Utrechstestraat and the Amstel River. The apartment looks good and the google maps views looks good too. Just wondering what the experts think of the location.

We are looking for a quaint location that is still in the middle of things — close to museums, restaurants, trams, etc. Will this location work for us based on your expertise? Is it walkable to those things?

Your location is good, there are several attractions within reasonable walking distance. There is tram stop next corner and a subway station 5 min walking.

You will be in the relative vicinity of Leidseplein, Hermitage (very close), Rembrantplein, Albert Cuypmarkt (which I think is vastly overrated but still famous), the botanic gardens, the Jewish Museum and the Rembrandthuis.
