Anything interesting on the trip from Amsterdam to Echt?

Traveling to Europe end of June - first week of July:

Geneva Two (2) nights (graduation)
Lake Region? One (1) night - LEISURE šŸ˜€
Venice Five (5) nights - LEISURE šŸ˜€
Prague Four (4) nights (1 day business)
Amsterdam (2) nights (social visit)

Iā€™d appreciate any thoughts and suggestions on my proposed itinerary. Train travel seems like it could be cumbersome from Prague to Amsterdam so I will book a flight.
We have enough points to cover a free hotel for two nights at the airport in Amsterdam. I understand it is outside of the city center, but it will be convenient for our morning flight back to the States.

On the first day in Amsterdam going to make a quick social visit - taking the train to the small town of Echt. Any suggestions for *something interesting** on or near the route?

*Echt-Susteren is situated in a Euregional area. In the west, the municipality borders to Belgium and in the east to Germany. The narrowest is only 4.8 km wide. It is possible to walk from Germany to Belgium via Netherlands in under an hour. The area of Echt-Susteren is a green municipality, also known as the green waist of Limburg.

Utrecht and ā€˜s Hertogenbosch/Den Bosch are worth a visit. Both have very nice historic centres, the latter with a very pleasant southern vibe as we say in the Netherlands. Never visited it but the Jheronimus Bosch Art Center there is maybe of interest for you. https://jeroenboschplaza.com/?lang=en

Thank you for the inspiration! I think a visit to "Den Bosch" and The Bosch museum may be the final piece of the "train puzzle"!! I think now I can finally nail down which days we will be in each location!!

Time for me to get busy- we leave in 24 days!!

Thanks for the input

Enjoy your coming trip! Think those you visit in Echt certainly know about nearby Thorn, a lovely village known for it's white painted houses.
