We will be in Amsterdam April 21 to. 25. Both myself and my husband have attempted to purchase tickets. I tried 3 times and my credit card was not accepted. My husband tried twice, he never even got to the payment page. I sent a message, and received an auto generated email that they will look into it. Has any one else had problems, or have any advice? Thank you.

I just purchased my Anne Frank Huis tickets jut now. NO problems. I used a Capitol One Visa Card. I am using MacOS and safari as my web browser. did you have any success?

Thank you! My husband just used his iPhone and he is the primary card holder. That must be the right combination. WE HAVE TICKETS! So much necessary security when using credit cards. This is part of our trip for our 40th anniversary. I've never felt the need to get my own credit card until now.
