I set my alarm for the middle of the night and have been trying nonstop to purchase tickets for the last two hours. I can see them disappearing but the website will not work for me. I've tried Chrome, Safari, Firefox and even downloaded the microsoft browser. I get a variety of failures (tickets don't register in the cart, freezing on the purchase page, etc). Does anyone have any thoughts about how I can get through to a confirmation? My daughter read her diaries this year and will be devastated if we don't get in.

Hi! Keep trying. If you see a $0 or $1 ticket total, that's not going to go through. Refresh and retry until you see the correct total amount. (We were just able to get tickets for Friday night using Chrome on a laptop, but almost got through with Chrome on a phone.) I hope you get them!

In the end, the Microsoft edge browser worked. I also had to type in the amount I was paying manually. And after an error message, I needed to continue to try to click through. That’s when I finally got to a payment screen.

So glad you got in to get tickets. I've been here a couple times over the years and it is really touching, especially if you've read her Diary.

So relieved you got them. I encountered the same weird glitch for tickets last spring., but I only got hung up for about 10 minutes. Was so glad when it finally went through, but it was really frustrating watching the tickets sell so quickly. It's an incredibly moving tour.
