Anne Frank House online tickets

We are watching to buy online tickets to the Anne Frank House on a specific day and time in July. The first three time intervals have been opened, but nothing else for almost a week. What is the schedule that tickets are posted? How do they determine when to open the remaining time frames?

I got my ticket for mid-May in mid-March, so I think they open new blocks of tickets every two weeks or so, and it's about 2 months ahead. So for July, my guess is they will open new dates in mid-May. But I would check the site daily until your date is available.

There has been a lot of change recently. The new policy regarding timed tickets and a redesign of the website for buying tickets. It may be that during this transition time there is no "usual". I would check a few times a day.

By all means, keep checking. But know if you do not get a ticket for earlier in the day, going very late afternoon (6:00 or later) you should likely find a short line. Plus, afterwards, you can enjoy a nice dinner in one of the Jordaan's lovely restaurants!

Emily, is your advice current or based on the previous system?
The reason I ask is that now that the Anne Frank House has gone to timed entry only from 9-3:30 pm each day, I wonder if 6pm will still be shorter lines? I wonder if all those who did not get timed entry tickets online will be standing there from 3:30 pm on each day?

It would be interesting to know how the system has been working this week.
