Apologies if this topic has already been discussed, I didn't see it going back about a year ... this is just an FYI about tickets ... I had read somewhere (here I thought) that tickets go on sale 6 weeks before your desired date ... was looking at their ticket website and it shows tickets for the day you want go on sale Tuesday, 6 weeks before the week of your date, at 10am ... so for example if you want to go on Wednesday April 19th and live in NY, you can try to get tickets starting Tuesday March 7th at 4am.
That's only 10 days before - I'm pretty sure it's 6 weeks
As I recall tickets are for sale on Tuesday, the first Tuesday in the month before your visit. Like if you are going in August, the first Tuesday in July.

Every Tuesday at 10am CET all tickets become available for a visit six weeks later
10 am CET being 4 am in NY/BOS/WDC, 3 am in Tulsa and Dallas, 1 am in LA/San Francisco/ Seattle
You are correct. I got on line at 4am EST Tuesday March 7 to purchase tickets for Thursday April 20. It took 25 minutes to get through on line. Ultimately successful for day we wanted with the intro, but time earlier than we wanted, ah well...
Did you purchase tickets online thru their website?
