Amsterdam trip

Hi everyone , we are planing to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary in Amsterdam with my wife. Actually we have flight for 22 Jan. As everyone knows Netherlands still have restrictions under covid. :(. As I read in internet pages as below there is some places opening part by one. I called some restaurants but there is no answer..

Do you think these restrictions will be relaxed on next week??

Restaurants aren't allowed to be open.

Some shops are now allowed to be open during the day until 5 pm.

Restaurants and bars are closed. 10 day quarantine upon arrival. No reason to believe that restrictions will be relaxed next week.

The next review date for the easing of restrictions is not until Jan. 25. Retail stores are now open, but as mentioned - not cafes and restaurants (although some are choosing to defy the closure restrictions - uneasy times in the NL).
