Hi, There are seven of us going on a Viking River Boat departing from Basel and ending in Amsterdam. I am looking for a shuttle service that would pick us up from the boat and drop us off at the Movenpick Hotel and then two days later pick us up from the hotel and bring us to the airport. We are not familiar with the train system and would like to have something set up for us before we go on our trip. It's fine if we need to split the group up in two, we just want to do this all together. Thanks in advance!

Be aware that the ships do not always dock at the same place. We had planned on our docking near the train station and instead, it docked well out of town center. Viking arranged taxis to city center.

When we did this cruise in the opposite direction, a day before it ended, they asked passengers to let them know who needed ongoing transportation after the cruise ended. Many of the passengers were going to need taxis for various destinations, and the cruise team had them ordered and waiting for the boat to dock, by name. In our case, we had six people to go to the train station, so they had two cabs waiting for us. Easy. I would assume they will do the same for you. The hotel can arrange transport to the airport just as easily.
