Hello,
I booked the train through SNCF and have tried to reach them countless ways without a response to confirm that I can use my ticket from Amsterdam airport to Paris at Centraal on the same day for the same train.
Thanks for any info.
Hello,

I'm not sure I understand your problem. But if you have bought a ticket, of course you can take the train.
But asking SNCF might not be the best idea as they are just acting as a ticket reseller in this case. The train is operated by Eurostar so if you have any questions you should ask them. SNCF might be the majority shareholder in Eurostar, but it's still a separate company.
You should be able to as the fare is the same. If the electronic barrier at the station doesn't allow you in, simply tap your credit card instead and you will be charged for the journey from Central to the Airport.
I finally heard back from both Eurostar and SNCF. No, you must use the ticket as booked. I’m not going to try to cancel and rebook as it seems it is a very busy train time. Thanks for replying to my original question.
We probably will arrange in advance for a porter at the airport to help with luggage. Anyone have experience with porters at the Amsterdam Airport?
Thanks.
Porters at train stations have disappeared decades ago. I have never see one in my life, and I have travelled all over Europe since I was 15. (Which is now 40 years ago...)
In and around trains you are supposed to handle your luggage yourself. If you can't move your luggage yourself, you just have to much luggage...
There are no porters Schipol Airport
If you need a ticket for the bit from Amsterdam Centraal to Schiphol you can get that before you get on the train at Amsterdam Centraal, you will need an actual ticket to open the barriers to get on the platform. You won't be able to use a card to contactlessly tap in and out because you won't have any way to tap out during the short stop at Schiphol airport.
You could go to Schiphol on a previous train, but since you are carrying so much luggage much easier at Amsterdam Centraal since you will have more time during its turnaround.
A paper ticket will cost a bit more but be easier for you.
No, as said above, porters were a piece of history and not now. Sorry.
So use the ticket from Amsterdam Centraal to Schiphol to board the train and when the train manager comes around show her or him your original Schiphol to Paris Gare du Nord and if necessary the other short distance one.
When you get to Gare du Nord I expect with all that luggage you will need a taxi? If so go straight through to the official taxi line, don't get tempted to use an unofficial one. Ignore all who come up to you and try to take you elsewhere. "Hey mister, taxi!"
I don't think you can buy a Eurostar (ex Thalys) ticket for the Amsterdam - Schiphol stretch. And normal NS tickets are not valid on that service.
So strictly speaking you would need to get a ticket for an earlier NS service, take that to Schiphol, and then change to the Eurostar there. I would however just board at Centraal. The conductor will not make its rounds until after the train has called at Schiphol.
Thank you to all who replied. Just to clarify for anyone else in this situation: If you are taking the train from Amsterdam airport you cannot use their porter service (yes, they do have porter service which you can book in advance). I contacted Eurostar and if you qualify (even if you are old and not disabled) you can request assistance with luggage by notifying them 24 hours in advance. I contacted the Airport and then Eurostar so I know this is current information.
Again, thanks for all your helpful replies.
