I was wondering if Library in Amsterdam The OBA Oosterdok ,
has a computer and printer that I could use to print required travel documents before my flight.
Not boarding passes.

Yes, you can print documents at the public library, but you need to buy a voucher to cover the costs for both the use of the computer and the printing. All details are on their website https://www.oba.nl/oba/english/print.html
It might just be easier to ask your hotel to print out documents for you.

Our hotel in Paris last year was very helpful in getting our negative covid test documents printed. The front desk have me an email address to send them to and they printed it out.
