My husband and I are looking to go for 3 full days in Feb. is there enough outside walking activities to keep us busy? We are thinking of staying outside of Amsterdam. Recommendations for Haarlem?

Amsterdam is a walker's city. And I'm sure you'll bring appropriate clothing raingear and layers for spending significant time outdoors in Amsterdam in Feb.
Many travelers decide to stay in Amsterdam rather than Haarlem, with the trade-off in travel time (though slight) not being worth it.
