Will arrive AMS on Aug 3 late am from Huston. Leave via cruise on August 8. Staying at Barbizon Palace near central station.
What is best way to get to hotel with out a lot of baggage hassle?
What Amsterdam card should we get? We do have a reservation for Ann Frank already.
What would be a good plan for our 4 days in AMS?

If there are more than 2 of you, or you have a lot of heavy luggage because you are taking a cruise later in the week, then just take a taxi. Otherwise, very easy to take the train directly from airport to Centraal.
What are you interested in? Easier to make suggestions. Otherwise, lots of great museums, parks, a visit to Albert Cuyp Market or Foodhallen. And do note that Amsterdam Pride is happening during your 4 days - the Canal Parade is on August 4th. I'd definitely make time to see the Canal Parade as it will draw huge crowds along the canal route and be a lot of fun whether you are straight or gay. But if you absolutely don't want to be in a crowded city center, then you may want to consider a day trip by train to another city like Utrecht, Delft, The Hague or Rotterdam.

Thanks, just 2 of us but agree taxi probably best. Anything about Museum or Amsterdam card? We are in late 70's so do not plan on bike trips. Have already done that in our past.
