Hi, we are spending a few nights in Amsterdam and would like to start our stay with a dinner cruise. Any recommendations?

The only honest recommendation I can give you is to not do this. The food on these dinner canal cruises really isn’t special at all, and that’s me being nice…. When you think about it, it makes sense that a dinner prepared in a tiny kitchen on a boat can’t really be anything other than microwaved food.
A much better idea would be to go on a regular canal cruise followed by a nice meal somewhere.
