Airbnb in Haarlem area or other area close to Amsterdam?

I am helping my daughter plan three days in the Amsterdam area. Her Trip Advisor rental just cancelled and she is going next week.She would like to find an Airbnb property for herself and two elementary-aged children.

Suggestions for where to stay either in or around Amsterdam would be appreciated!

If you are going to choose Haarlem as a home base and have young children, I'd probably stay close to the train station--within walking distance--to save the hassle of a bus/train transfer.
