Has anyone stayed at a Hotel near Schipol? Or else in Amsterdam near the Central Train Station? Thanks

My sister stayed at the Hampton Inn one train stop away. There is also a scheduled hotel shuttle.

Check out Hotel Motel One Amsterdam. Great reviews and on a transit ilne about 15 minutes from Schipol.
