Catch a train to Amsterdam Centraal station, change to no 2 or 12 tram, get off at Leidseplein and walk 350m to the hotel.

Your hotel explains the various ways to get there on its website, very clearly. You can also look at the iamsterdam.com website for an English-language explanation of how the excellent transport system works to prepare yourself for moving around the city.

For two or more people encumbered with luggage a taxi or Uber would probably be "best" for the convenience of the door to door service.
The hotel website states that a taxi from the airport costs 56 Euros.
