We're planning to spend 3 nights in Delft next May. It would be nice to find a modest sized real B&B type place (where the host is onsite), not an airB&B. Based on my research (on this site and TripAdvisor), Hotel Arsenaal is my back-up plan, but it would be nice to find something smaller (half a dozen rooms or so?). Thanks.
I think you'll find plenty of inspiration here

Thanks for the info!
Hotel Arsenaal is a great backup plan. I will be staying there for a 2nd time next year.
We stayed at Bridges. Lovely, on the canal, wonderful breakfast. Convenient to the train station. There are rooms in the main building and rooms in a building or two on the same block. My suggestion would be to stay in the main building. Bridges is moderately priced and has fewer amenities than Arsennaal
I appreciate the input!
