hotels at Rome Fiucini airport

I'm looking for a hotel Oct. 7 for the night before a morning flight. Is there a hotel at the airport? If not, are there recommended hotels close by with a shuttle that is included in its price?

There is a regular Hilton and a Hilton Garden Inn ( cheaper). Book asap, as they frequently book up fully. I think they're overpriced, but there are few choices.
Safe travels.

Aside from the Hiltons there are some hotels in Fiumicino about a 10 min drive from the Airport. Hotel Tiber has a shuttle service and I can recommend. Good value, nice restaurant or there are other restaurants nearby.

What Lesley said. Hotel Tiber in Fiumicino, reasonably priced, nice area, good restaurants, has a shuttle (not sure it is included in the price, but it wasn't costly).

We have always stayed at the FCOHilton for the night. Shuttle to airport, very close.

I stayed at Air Rooms by Hello Sky in June. There is no need for a shuttle. It is right in the airport so you just walk out of the hotel, and you are in the terminal.

We've always traveled out to FCO with a private driver--usually arranged thru Rome Cabs. Or our hotel provided a driver/car.

The traffic going that direction from Rome is good most mornings--against traffic. And it's closer than I realized first time we took a car.

I'm amazed at the large hotels front desks. They have a direct link to cab companies, and we've had cabs arrive one or two minutes after they placed the order.

I can also recommend the Hotel Tiber. Quite a few restaurants (great little pizza place right down the street) and shops in the area and there is an inexpensive shuttle to/from airport. They will add shuttle cost to your bill. I stayed there in May of this year and had a good experience. It's much more reasonably priced than the airport Hilton.
