This hotel is in a good location and is easily accessible by Tram from the main station. Our room had two ill designed steps to enter the bathroom. The breakfast was very good. We were charged for it. However, I later found that most were not. The property is overdue for an update, especially since the room rates seemed high. I sense that the hotel may be under new ownership who are still adjusting to many management details. When I told the manager in charge that we had selected the hotel from the current Rick Steves book, he replied, "Who's he"?
