We recently were in Amsterdam in May 2014 and after touring the Heinekin Brewery, we found a new restaurant called "Oolong" at Ferinand Bolstraat 13-15. They had only been open a few weeks and the place was beautiful inside, and the food was fantastic. Sort of Asian fusion. Also, the service was excellent.
