Looking for recommendations for gluten-free restaurants/cafes in Amsterdam. Would love a range from cheap eats to nice dinners. TIA!

I'll answer your question, even though it's in the "wrong place." ;-)
I had no problem eating GF in Amsterdam. Found GF beer a lot of places, too. I don't think you need to worry too much. SO much easier to eat GF in Europe than in the U.S.
Make a reservation (far in advance) at The Pantry. Really really good.
We also ate at The Seafood Bar, very good, there are several locations. We had a reservation for The Good Companion but we ended up not going there because of timing, but it gets rave reviews.
We also ate at Sampurna (rijsttafel) and I think there was only one thing I couldn't have of about 20 dishes! Delicious.

For casual eats, check out Veggie Snackbar and De Italiaan for a nicer dinner. The Find Me Gluten Free app is also super helpful while exploring.
