According to the Eden's own website for rooms in the hotel:
https://www.edenhotelamsterdam.com/en/hotel/facilities/
"Lift to all floors"
As well, under "Is the hotel accessible for disabled people?"
https://www.edenhotelamsterdam.com/en/contact/
"All floors in the hotel can be reached by lift. Please ask our reception about rooms with an adapted bathroom if you are less able to walk."
Their apartments - which are in a slightly different location - do not have lift amenity:
https://www.edenhotelamsterdam.com/en/apartments/
"Do be aware that most of the apartments can only be reached by using the stairs. Of course our concierge is more than happy to help you with your luggage."
Be careful with youtubes: the very first "review" video I looked at, which claimed that there's no elevator, didn't even use actual photos of the hotel. It was cheap advertising with random tourism pix for a discount hotel booking site. There was no proof the author had ever stayed there themselves.
