Bizstay has five locations, the one in Delft and the others being in the Hague.
I had a fantastic five nights stay at BizStay Delft, in October 2026. My reservation for what BizStay marks as their “Delft2B” rooms or apartment. Their description covers a unique, split-level layout: a fully equipped kitchen, dining area with table chairs and a bench, a bedroom with a smart TV downstairs, and a spiral staircase leading to an upper floor living room with a second TV and beautiful views of Delft's church spires. It even includes a relaxing balcony facing the communal garden, complete with chairs and a table.
Included in the room were a dishwasher, a full size refrigerator/freezer in the kitchen, and washer/dryer combo hidden within the cabinets in the bedroom. Everything was clean and in great condition. The room also included a Nespresso machine and a small box of coffee pods. A welcome kit provided initial basics like toilet paper, trash can liners, a dish sponge, a sample-size dish soap, a few dishwasher tablets, and sample-size shampoo and body wash. Laundry detergent was not provided, and I believe if any more than the sample sizes were needed, guests may need to get those themselves (though I don't know, I didn't bother to ask). I simply went to the Albert Heijn, which was just steps away.
Communication was excellent, especially with arrival and check-in instructions. Access to BizStay exterior doors was secure, requiring either the digital keys provided in the pre-arrival email communication or standard key cards. Do note that the lobby reception is not staffed 24 hours, with staff present during normal business hours.
I have a preference for aparthotels and I was tuned to the aparthotel expectations, but with this room BizStay seemed to be leaning heavily into the apartment side of the equation. I was merely looking for an aparthotel and yet had a really nice apartment that was amazingly spacious for a solo traveler.
