Has anyone stayed in Dobra Voda? What side trips can I take from there? Any restaurant suggestions?

I know nothing about Dobra Voda. With a car I believe day-trips to Ulcinj (with a Turkish vibe in the old town), Lake Skadar and Budva should be viable. Cetinje (old capital) and Kotor (with magnificent bay running to Perast and on to Herceg-Novi) are farther away but might be possible on separate days. You can use ViaMichelin.com for estimates of driving times, but they do not include any stops, getting lost, looking for parking, etc.
The most interesting thing about the capital city, Podgorica, is its name. Don't botner with it.
