I am trying to plan my next trip to Montenegro. I like to travel when there are events and festivals so I did some homework. Thought I would share it. But a warning, one of the beauties of Montenegro is that it isnt a full fledged over populated over documented tourist destination. Finding details is often difficult and often the results are conflicting. This list I suspect has a wrong date or two in it so I am also sending it to an aquaintance in Montenegro to confirm. When I get that I will fix the post.
